Returns
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, production will commence, and cancellation will no longer be possible. To cancel, please contact us via email at support@nordkraf.com within the specified timeframe. If your item has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, providing images or videos that clearly show the issue. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not feasible.
